Can I cancel or make changes to an order once it is placed?Updated 2 years ago

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an order that has already been placed. However, we do have the capability to remove items from an order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. If you would like to remove an item from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will assist you accordingly.

Please note that canceling an order may not always be possible, as we strive to process orders swiftly. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us promptly.
